"It was a quite place except for the walls that are so thin. You can here people snoring in the other room. Keep the ac fan going to muffled the noise from the outside. I wish they have a curtains for the window because with the light outside, it was too bright for us. Otherwise, the room and bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is like in the cruise shower. Tiny. But the bathroom itself has a good space. The room is spacious and i really appreciate the extension outlet that they installed...

"I just love it here. I stay in hotels a lot. I do most of my work in my room and it’s so nice to finally have secure WiFi. It’s great to be able to do laundry and to stock a regular sized fridge. Knowing a couple is hosting is comforting to me. I’m sure there are other women and seniors traveling alone who feel the same plus staying in a guest house means help is close by, if needed. "Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable sitting areas and sleeping quarters. Kitchen has everything you need, and host left complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. "We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"Stayed here for a work trip and picked this hotel mainly because it provides access to their fitness center which did not disappoint. Properly itself is nice and quiet. The room felt outdated but I think that’s the vibe of the hotel, traditional style. The bed frame though was wood and it was cracking on the floor, there were noticeable big chunks of wood peeling off which did not give the best impression. Unsure if I’d stay here again."
