"Property is lovely. Neighborhood is nice, well kept and quiet. Train runs through at the end of the block, but we barely noticed it. The house is immaculate and very well equipped. Landlord is very understanding and patient. There was a minor misunderstanding over the # of guests staying and all the equipment brought in. The bride & groom did the whole wedding by themselves. "The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy."

"The property is secluded but still close to town conveniences. Very pretty and surprisingly clean. Loved the pavilion and the lights at night. Some of the listing details and pics need to be updated but overall the apartment and property was a unique and comfortable stay, that provided just the right environment for my adult kids with their loved ones and I to gather and grill for the holiday. The portable air unit keeps the downstairs liveable during a 90° day but the upstairs as you'd expect...

"This was the PERFECT property for enjoying games with friends for my husband's 60th birthday party. Great communication with the hosts during the reservation process. Small quirks: (1) The basement smelled a bit damp/mildewed when we first arrived. We actually ran our own dehumidifier and air purifier and that took care of it before the games began.
