"The bungalow is set between 2 boarded up houses and in a neighborhood known for drugs & homeless, I did not feel safe but money was spent and we stayed.we had no issues the individual units in the house needed some instruction as we couldn’t get them to work. Overall the property was suitable for the memorial for my mother and visits"

"Wonderful location on the river, very clean and comfortable. Close to the cute town of Palatka. Hosts were attentive and responsive. There is a sulfur smell in showers and faucets so we brought our own bottled water for drinking, which was fine. The sunroom was one of the favorite rooms along with the kitchen. Loved the dock and fire pit so we sat out late each night sharing stories. Overall a very nice place to stay."

"Great location to explore "

"We stayed here for our joint birthdays (1/28 and 2/2) and boy did we need to decompress.... This place did it! Although there's not much else but the lake/river, we knew going in that is was a remote location. Beautiful lake, terrific screened porch, Flooring was nearly new, kitchen was just redone, all was great. Bring some food-stuff with you and kick back!!"

"The property is fine. Great location to fish or boat. The owner was VERY responsive. We had a hot water problem & she immediately had someone out to fix it. One of our party left a jacket & she offered to mail it back to us. Thankfully we were still in the area & just stopped by to get it. The only thing that might be an issue for some with young kids who don't know the meaning of privacy is that there were barn doors in both bathrooms & 1 bedroom and they couldn't be locked. We were all adults...

"Highly recommend this lovely home! Quiet location. Perfect for our family group of 6. It was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Garage came in handy. King bed and Queen beds were memory foam and extremely comfortable. The front bedroom’s closet was not in use so we shared MB closet. We had no issues with keypad during our stay. Just needed to remember not to lock the regular lock as the keypad only unlocks the deadbolt. Excellent communication!"

"Very disappointed when we got there the air was set to 82 degrees so it took a very long time to cool down. The door code was not set to what it was supposed to be. When we got ready to take baths Friday the hot water did not work. I called maintenance and it was 12:30 am before they could get there. Which the maintenance man was nice and fixed the problem. Well Monday the hot water went out again. So cold showers to get ready for the day. The coffee pot leaks everywhere. The electric recliner...

"My family loved this house and location close to my snowbird parents. We fished, explored, had bon fires, and had plenty of room for everyone in the house. 7 of us for dinner comfortably. 5 adults stayed in the house. Ages 19-54. Owner provided wood for fires, kayaks, hot tub. We spent New Years week here. So perfect. Beautiful sunsets! "
