"Our stay was excellent. The hotel looks like it’s been recently updated. The last time we stayed here at the pool and bar area was not in service. The upgrades look excellent. This is a great hotel for the money. It’s in a wonderful location. Special mention for front desk personnel… Specifically, Sasha. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. I can’t say enough about her excellent attitude and accommodating manner. She is a credit to the staff!"

"Convenient location where they have transportation shuttle to the Disney parks. They have a set schedule time that you have to follow by when it’s pick up time from and to the park. Room and maintenance is clean "

"Great location and good for a quick Disney trip. Wish the pool had had lifeguards. Had more of a conference feel to it, rather than feeling like a Disney family/kid resort. Reasonably priced and clean. "

"Property was great, slightly dated but clean. We were in tower 3 and they were doing construction on it, didn’t hear anything the first day but it was very loud the rest of the week which was an issue with our baby trying to nap. Recommend asking for a different tower if staying there soon. The staff were very accommodating though and offered a change of room. Pools were great and warm! Not many shaded options in the afternoon unless you rent a cabana. Nice that is was in Disney but they do not...

"Love this is close to Disney springs and has multiple pools. Also the options for dining is a good variety. During our stay this hotel was very busy, multiple conferences and groups. The pool restaurant and attendant could not keep up with the crowds. So wait times for food and drinks was long and sometimes you didn’t get your order. "
