"Our stay was amazing, our luggage was delayed by the and the staff were tremendous. They informed all of their staff to keep an eye on our situation and as soon as the luggage was delivered by the airline the staff delivered it to the room (9pm) Our stay could not have been better supported. Thanks to everyone."

"Made for a great trip. One suggestion would be to have shuttles not run out of time slots for reservations. By the time I checked in Friday all the early time slots for the park shuttle Saturday were done . Nothing major. Loved the location and close was to Disney springs. "

"We love the location of the WDW Swan. The Boardwalk is next door. We ate at the Garden Grove twice, loved it both times! If you plan on staying near Epcot, the Swan is great!"
