Siraj (I think that’s his name) on reception at The Courtyard was wonderful. I would highly recommend. We used the concierge to get taxis around and they were reasonably priced, convenient and friendly. "

"Our stay was wonderful. My wife and I would like to extend our special thanks to Rakshit at the front desk for making us welcome to Taj , Hyderabad. Rakshit went beyond his job description to help us checkin early and offered to help with our luggage as we travelled briefly out of Hyderabad. The breakfast bar was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh fruits, and savory Indian items such as masala dosa. We would like to thank Prakash at the breakfast place for making us feel at home."

The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. "
