He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. "Sheraton hotel was clean, customer service was good, we had an issue with the clogged bathroom, water was backing up after shower. We informed customer service and they promptly moved us to different room. Breakfast spread was amazing, we really enjoyed food at Sheraton. "
