We had an awesome stay here. We had multiple special needs - early check in, accessibility stuff. The staff went above and beyond to assist and accommodate us. large clean rooms with great housekeeping. Everyone on the staff from the front doo, reception and restaurants were very courteous and helpful. Could not find a fault unless you look outside the front gate at the nightmare of traffic, but that is hardly their fault

The Jacuzzi and steam room took time to work and the floors were too slippery (risk of falls) The temperature for the pool was not controlled so the water was a bit cold. They took time to deliver the baggage to the rooms. I would definitely stay there on my next trip though due to the convenience of the location
