What a surprise to learn that this stay gains access to a sixth generation adjacent garden (easily 3 acres in area) not available to the public and easily comparable in beauty to the Terra Nostra gardens. "The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. "The property had everything what we were looking for. It was spacious, safe, clean with with beautiful views. There are plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. Also you can buy everything you need in the local grocery shop. Place is close to the downtown and beaches. There is no located parking, however you can always find a parking spot near the building. Overall, we had an amazing experience. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria 2. The attention to detail in construction, upkeep, furnishings and amenities was greatly appreciated. Having a startup supply of food soaps and paper products was a pleasant surprise. The hospitality and trip suggestions from Sergio was such a bonus. "Place was just as pictured. Clean. Ideal location. Comfiest beds we had in our 5 week vacation. Staff had limited English, but decent French (and significantly better than my Portuguese), so overall no difficulties communicating with them. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and willing to help with booking excusions, willing to provide information. Very happy with our stay (except for the weather, but can’t control when storms decide to pass by). "

"We could not have asked for a better location for our vacation in San Miguel, Azores. The home is located in a great area with easy access to the airport, many restaurants and all sites that we had planned to visit. the owners Ludovic and Sandra offered wonderful communication before and during our stay.
