My only criticism this time would be the cooked breakfast- nasty puck like hash browns and not a great sausage. I expect better given the level of service elsewhere. "The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and polite. If not driving, theres a 10 minute stroll into the city centre. Worth a visit."

"Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "

"This was an excellent location to explore Bath. The hop on hop off bus had a stop near the hotel so I never had to use my car to get around. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. The car park was to the rear of the hotel and very convenient. "
