"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."

"Buffet breakfast was ok nothing to rave about. Room clean but the descriptions for the executive does not include a kitchenette as displayed. Staff has limited language skills but helpful. Does not follow up or answer calls. Area is quiet after about 9pm nice eateries nearby. Helpful unit has a refrigerator. AC was excellent with the heat and humidity. Did see a few critters in room. Nice if TV had more diverse channels but you are in Vietnam and the wifi was nice a fast to do online viewing."
