"The staff are exceptional and friendly. Service was prompt and courteous. The facilities are in need of some updates as some of the fixtures show their age and wear (paint/caulk, etc), mainly in the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated as well. We did love our stay! "

"From check in you are met with friendly staff. The resort is very clean and nice. Room was amazing with the walk up pool. Very quiet at the room. The restaurants on site were amazing and tasty. Pools on site are very nice. Walking the beach at sunrise and sunset is a must. The adventure park the hotel recommends is a must as well. "

"This place was wonderful! This place had a restaurant, a bridge of some historic background, a river, etc. This place was a 10 out of 10 near Jaco, Costa Rica. The staff was amazing and friendly. Near a lot of things to see and discover if you are a tourist! One of the best stays in Costa Rica for the price! "

"It offers spectacular views, good food, and polite customer service. It also has a good spa offering and an amazing yoga spot. You can see a lot of wild animals. The infinity pool is amazing and it offers an incredible view. "

"Super Great Place (I was in #102) if you have a vehicle. It is located right in front of the entrance to Los Suenos. Herradura Beach is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk. There you will find restaurants / bars / charter boats & more. Los Suenos Marina / Restaurant area is about a 5 minute drive & a "must-see." Downtown Jaco is about a 15 minute drive. Rooms are super nice with a mini kitchen. Shower had tons of hot water & the water pressure was great. There is free Brit Coffee in the rooms & the breakfast is way above average. They have a full restaurant at night (Pepper's) which was super good and at a great price if compared to other hotels / restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was great and all the staff was top notch. You can book great tours at the front desk which you need to take advantage of on your vacation (Hint : Go to Tortuga Island). I did not use it but there is also a full spa. For the money & what this place offers it is almost impossible to beat....why pay a lot more & get way less. Stay here for your vacation and you will not be disappointed. "
