"Nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located over a bar which I thought would cause some noise issues but never did. The only concern I would have is going and coming with children at night as many of the bar patrons are outside. This did not cause my family an issue but we only have an adult daughter. We did experience and issue but the landlord quickly came up with a solution and we had a great weekend at this location. I would stay here again. "

"We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. It is disappointing that you can't talk to a live person anymore. The rest of our stay was great. We were close enough to the Aquarium...

"The stay overall was quite nice. Neighbors were few and far between even tho they are across the hall and next door. The check in was seem less and the apartment was quite nice. There were parts that were unexpected like sheets in the dryer when I showed up and dirty crumbs in the oven drawer. Besides those little things all was amazing. "
