"At first glance, the property was great--neat and in a great location. But some things were less than ideal--the beds only had a bottom sheet--no top sheet, just a comforter. The linens, while clean, we're a bit old as they all had pilled. The bathroom mat was not clean. The outside furniture is not useable. And the parking arrangement was confusing--we finally did hear from the property owner, hoping that how we had parked for 2 days already was okay."

Right off the bat, the place was very clean and the host very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. "The property was comfortable and clean, very spacious as well. Heating worked great and beds were very comfortable. No problems except after turning on the over, we found what seemed to be red spray paint on the inside. Had to step outside because of the fumes and owner took nearly 24 hours to respond. Other than that, amazing stay!"

Only complaint was the pool/hott tub never got up to full temperature - only mentioning this because you do have to pay the host via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay in order to have him turn the heat on. Was advised he needed at least a 24 hour notice as it takes 24 hours to reach temperature [which we did]. An 85 degree hott tub feels super cold. Definitely not worth the extra $, unfortunately. We did contact the host about it & he did have the pool boy come check it out - he said it...

"I rented this house for a small bridal shower/ a weekend staycation for my friend and her kiddos. It was perfect. Everything was as depicted in the listing. There were no more trash bags and the host was kind enough to have some delivered to us. Would definitely stay here again!"
