"The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!!! Every morning they greet you and remember your name. Every evening they would ask how my day was and what adventures I had. I absolutely loved it!!! Sadly my trip was cut short due to my heart problems and I left three days early. BUT!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

"the property is so isolated, and i would have been the only guest on the property alone, with a very steep driveway the only way out. the property owner misleads people to book a room. never mentioned the pool was down for a month, there is not restaurant, there is no running bar, it was all lies, so i did not even check in but booked another room in a different hotel. very bad experience"

"- Was put in the wrong private room we booked. - air con and fan broke with no replacement or option to move to other rooms - Internet didnt work 90% of the time due to too many people (if this is always a problem...buy another router) - No hot water - Staff were very unfriendly and let their apathy show when they were asked questions or when we needed help."
