"The host of this property was very kind accommodating and helpful with our stay in Orvieto. The room was up a flight of stairs and was a nice apartment. It was very clean and close by to the walking areas of the town. It was slightly difficult to find at first however they were able to communicate with us on WhatsApp and help us find their property as well as bring us to a parking spot. The garage was a little way away from the property, but it was easy for us to access and have a safe spot for...

"Very well heated in the cold winter weather, staff is friendly. Would make the stay much nicer if there were the usual small food counter in the room (electric water boiler, cups and spoons, and just some complimentary tea bags and coffee). It was a bit tough without even the possibility to buy a cup of something hot or get a snack after checking in on a cold winter day in the afternoon, because the restaurant was closed until dinner time which was 8-9 pm only."

"For a very reasonable price we had a suite of rooms - the most spacious I've ever stayed in. Beautiful accommodation with amazing views over the central area. Very clean and comfortable. Although we had a coffee machine in the kitchenette area, we didn't have a kettle which would have been nice."

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. "Llegar al hotel de la Fortezza es como entrar a un cuento. No solo por el paisaje de los alrededores sino por cada detalle en el cuidado de cada cosa. El servicio de las chicas que atienden en la recepción es impecable, el servicio de desayuno es extraordinario y la comodidad de las habitaciones también es destacable. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendamos y volveremos con el resto de nuestra familia para que ellos también vivan esta experiencia única e inolvidable en uno de los pocos lugares históricos del mundo que aún quedan habitables. No se lo pierdan!!"
