"Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen.
