The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. "Never felt the need to write a bad review before. Not getting sleep for nights because of 3 constant barking farm dogs literally next to the apartment made us. The renting neighbors had the same problem. Earplugs weren't enough. After several sleepless nights we reached out to the property manager. His answer on our message was: You're not in the city center you're at a farm!!! I spare you the details of the later on rude communication from his side. His solution was to place the dogs...

"After some initial difficulties the stay was very positive. In the beginning we were offered a horrendous room which was absolutely not acceptable. After complaining we were offered a free upgrade and the room was good. Nice location with direct access to the sea. Staff is friendly and the property well kept. Parking is free and close to the rooms in a closed parking area. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. "
