"The property was a great size and perfect for a spacious apartment for 2 adults (& two small terriers) We all loved and enjoyed the long terrace and felt that and the size helped alot to give it a good rating. The swimming pool was a great advantage and so large that you had plenty of space to relax undisturbed. A few mins walk to the supermarket with great choice of fresh seafood & great boulangerie outside which we used on previous holidays there.

"The unit is in a beautifully landscaped gated community set on a steep hill. The result is that you take an elevator down from street level to a ground level unit with a large private backyard overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean, very spacious with large luxurious bathrooms. Lastly it had fun coastal decoration that made the place homey and comfortable."

"Anne is an extremely kind host, very attentive and approachable, she communicated well with us. The apartment is centrally located for Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins and Valbonne. It is a large space, well equipped - part of the host’s main house within extensive mature grounds and secure parking. Good supermarket - few minutes drive. We had a very interesting holiday. "1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. Magnifique vue et sublime piscine dont nous avons malheureusement pas beaucoup profitée à cause des températures trop basses. Depuis la chambre également vue sublime. L'emplacement parfait à proximité des commerces tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour profiter d'un cadre paisible.
