"The staff was very helpful and nice, however I find it odd that you don’t get a key for your room, you have to ask the staff to open the door whenever you want to come in. The WiFi never worked, and so did the tv since it was connected to the same WiFi. "

"Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends. "
