There were nice details that I did not expect from the description, like coffee (very grateful since I forgot to bring some), laundry detergent, and extra garbage bags. As an FYI, the water pressure on the kitchen sink is very low, but I realize that can be impossible to fix in some places. The managers responded to our questions very quickly. "

"We had 4 adults 4 kids under 9 and the hot tub was the highlight of the kids stay. Even us adults got to have some peace in the hot tub once we got the kids watching a movie! Plenty of space amongst the levels of the house to not feel as though we were on top of eachother. The kids even played on the frozen lake in the snow!"
