"Great position, great staff and excellent food."

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

We asked a member of staff who we told us the chef hadn’t turned up. No, apology just a shrug of the shoulders. As we went to the lift to go back to our room to think of plan b a couple emerged from the lift. “Oh, he hasn’t turned up again then” was their quote. I asked what did they mean, to which they said they’d been there for 6 days...
