"Our family of four had a wonderful time at the condo. It's exactly as shown in the photos, and the views out over the lawn to the pool and beach were even more beautiful than in the pictures. Our kids loved the pool and the quiet, swimmable beach. We all enjoyed taking the water taxi back and forth across the harbor to get to La Paz. "We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Beautiful pool, view, had all amenities. It was a little far from town for walking distance, but security was more than happy calling a taxi for us and we’re not fluent in Spanish! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in La Paz. "

"Just a couple things that could be improved. Large frying pan a must. Steak knives would be nice and a bread knife. We supplied scissors and bbq lighter and left them there for the next group. The deadbolt is very sticky and needs to be fixed. The alignment is off. Too much jimmying to try and open the door, hard on the fingers. It’s an older complex so I understand everything is not perfect. The maintenance guy should whip down the bbq area everyday. Very dusty. Just a couple minor hiccups...

"Horrible experience. We have been renting at this resort for 15 years and love it here. This condo was filthy, and not cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to ask property manager to have it cleaned. Dishwasher broken, coffee maker broken, garbage disposal broken, sink plugged up, broken plunger. Stained sheets, maintenance has not been done on this unit in a very long time. Big disappointment! This condo is overpriced and definitely overrated."

"My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the resort- it is beautiful, great pool area and hot tub. The restaurant at the pool was great. The free boat ride to and from La Paz was so convenient and fun. Several times we saw dolphins on our boat ride. The owner was very responsive to my questions- he got back to me within minutes every time. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Wrong pans for cooking…wasted three hours of our time trying to figure out the issue. No dryer on site and the washer smelled like rotten fish. It took four days for trash pick-up…every time you would go into the condo it smell like a dumpster because the trash bags were destroyed by wondering dogs out in the street. Since there was no dryer on site we couldn’t wash or dry our clothes. Our towels smelled horrible after three days of use and couldn’t possibly wash them or got them...
