"I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."

"Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre...

"Very welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Nice view from bedroom. Kitchen facilities to cook one's own dinner if required was very useful as restaurants were a little way away, too far to walk, and not terribly easy to go by car and then negotiate the driveway and car park late at night in the dark."

"We waren een beetje teleurgesteld. Er wordt vermeld dat er parking is, maar je moet gewoon een plaats op straat zoeken (zeer moeilijk, want zeer veel geparkeerd auto's). De wifi was op onze kamer (suite De Teide) niet te bereiken, alleen op de benedenverdieping kan je wel op internet. Er werd enorm geboft met het ontbijt.
