"The place was exceptional but the reason for 4 stars was on the date we attempted to register we got told due to power savings we had to go to sister hotel if we wanted a/c. If we stayed they would give us a room with only fan. So of the three booked day only 2 was spent at the actual hotel. Felt almost like a bait and switch. "

The bungalow was spectacular and very romantic. a comfortable king size bed, and a large bathroom and shower with views out to the private spa. The staff in the hotel are amazing. "The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it. The staff for the most part were very rude. Could never make breakfast because it was suppose to close at 9am, but youd be lucky to see anyone or food after 8:20am. Never will return. "
