It’s location is close to the beach everything is pretty much walking distance they offer good facilities within property like rentals of motorcycle and /or buggies, friendly staff

Clean place, staff and service excellent, I like that we were able to do our laundry, the nice coffee every morning. Close to the beach and restaurants easy to get taxis. Safe place for tourists.

Friendly staff, and clean rooms but the rooms don’t have windows and the air conditioner/ power is only on when your one and only room key is connected to the power supply. I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at this hotel from 22-29 Dec 2024. The hotel is new with a new and themed design I was told and it shows. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. From Check in to Check out the customer service was impeccable. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance…clothes, footwear, food, drink, makeup, pharmacies etc.. The hotel is located in 4 mins walking away from the beach front. The reason why this is a good thing is because the beach front can be extremely noisy late night into the early hours of the morning. My recommendation without a doubt is to stay at this hotel.

Excelente propiedad y el servicio al huesped es A . Mi recomendación es colocar una maquina expendedora de refrescos, jugos, agua y papitas o bizcochitos. Lo mas que me gusto fue el trato que me dieron los empleados del hotel. El buen trato a los visitantes es algo que la isla carece, ya que muchos locales maltratan a los turistas. (Es triste porquê es una isla hermosa con mucho potencial)

Otimo custo benefício, fica proximo a praia e pode ir a pe ao aeroporto. Limpo, e quartos muito amplos. Nao há café da manhã, mas existem uns paes na parte da manha. Ha cafe o dia todo e emprestam toalhas para a praia. Recomendo

Ótimo hotel, localização e equipe excelente

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa. O atendimento foi excelente, as recepcionistas sempre dispostas a ajudar com informações. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito nova, ambiente limpo e bem iluminado. A localização é excelente. O quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo. Possuía chuveiro com água quente. Nosso vôo era somente a noite e como não tinha disponibilidade no dia de late checkout, foi possível deixar as malas na recepção enquanto estávamos no passeio que durava o dia inteiro. Além disso, foi possível utilizar as instalações da recepção para trocarmos de roupa pro aeroporto.

Muito bom

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, bem no centro de San Andrés. Cama maravilhosa, enorme! Tudo muito limpo e funcionárias da recepção muito simpáticas e solícitas. Só um ponto a melhorar seria o chuveiro que era bem fraco e não conseguíamos manter a temperatura mediana, ou ficava escaldando ou fria.

o quarto não tem janelas e isso é péssimo para uma cidade con praia. o banheiro é ruim, pois não tem box e sim cortina, o que gera bastante desconforto no benho, especialmente considerando que retornamos dos passeios cheios de areia. a cama é super barulhenta e precisamos evitar qualquer movimentação na hora do sono, precisam rever isso com urgência. não tem café da manhã, nem pago por fora da diária. a localização do hotel é excelente e a equipe da recepção é atenciosa e solicita.
