Me encantó el lugar. Muy bonito todo y las de recepción fueron muy amables. Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio del restaurante. Éramos 2-3 familias y la mesera se tardó mucho en atendernos. También pedí room service para mi hijo que se enfermó y el firmó cuando llegó por que me encontraba afuera y me cobraron dos tragos de liquor que yo no ordené. Yo creeo que fue aproposito por que la que me contestó tenía una actitud muy fea.

I thought was a great hotel and the food was fantastic especially the polpette( meatballs). The only issue I had was I thought room services and the restaurant closed too soon and maybe more things to choose for room service.

The manager and staff were super friendly and attentive. Rigiberto, mgr, Helped us with everything from ordering food to getting a pharmacy delivery, tours rentals, massages, etc. Front desk, wait staff, excellent. Food was great, especially because they served fresh snook/rabalo, my favorite light, flaky, moist, tasty fish. Excellent cocktails.

This hotel was very nice, the view was beautiful. The only thing is that the pool needs to be kept cleaner. I think the top and the inside tiles should be power washed.
