"I stay at the Cow Palace every year in November when I go hunting out that way. And my expectations, while never high, are generally met. Rooms are ok, staff is ok, things are clean, and things work. Not this time. The Wi-Fi wasn’t present in my room. No signal whatsoever. The refrigerator was not,nor would it get, cold. I stayed two nights and adjusted it both ways, so I’m pretty sure it was broke. The timer on the heat lamp wouldn’t shut off the light either. All this was pretty minor...

"The bathroom and the area around the air conditioner weren’t the cleanest. Also, the room was double booked which resulted in another guest unexpectedly walking into our room at 2am, which startled my family. The front desk admitted their mistake but was overall unhelpful in resolving the issue. Won’t be returning again. "
