What I didn't expect was a skip outside, a lobby full of building materials and a staircase covered in building mess and smells. Oh, and the builders started hammering and sanding at 0800 on a Saturday morning. The room was as expected, no issues but an email to say that building work was going on would have given me the choice to go elsewhere or not."

It's very hard to find a space outside so I had to be dropped by my husband to go in the lobby and ask for how to get into parking. Not explained properly in property description"
