"Fabulous hotel, staff was outstanding. Jacuzzi’s could have been warmer but jets were strong for a good calf massage after a long day of skiing! Spa was lovely, sauna and hammam were very hot which was great. Rooms not large but adequate. We had a group of 8 rooms, mostly couples and all were pleased. We would stay there again for sure. "

"We stayed in the penthouse. Very good space. The showers were a little small and a pity the shuttle service provided by the hotel was not running anymore so made travelling about more challenging. The food was surprisingly very good in the restaurant. "

"This property is in an ideal location for exploring Geneva. Easy access to the Lake, the train station and exploring the various areas of the city centre including the old town. I arrived into Geneva earlier than expected and about 30 mins before check in time. They were really accommodating and after quickly checking that the room was available , allowed me the early check in. "My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. Still as wonderful as when we first stayed here. Will be coming back every time we visit Geneva!! Wonderful staff and beyond clean! "
