This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. "Bearing in mind the property was supposed to be closed but Expedia had not updated their website, the owner was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. "Fantastic hotel in quiet location a 30 minute walk or free ski bus ride from centre of Morzine. Really well appointed room and the two staff were so kind and helpful.
