"The floating house was very clean and roomy for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable! We had an issue with the hot tub but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to questions. Beautiful lake but the weather was a bit too chilly that time of the year. "

"Overall fantastic experience, the location was great, the views were beautiful. Plenty of room to sleep a large group. Getting on and off the dock was a little primitive but adequate. Gangplank was a loose set of boards that needed adjusted after moderate boat traffic. Dryer was an older model and took a few cycles to dry a load of clothes. Would definitely book it again."

"Our whole family stayed at this home over the holidays and it was perfect for us. It is well appointed with almost everything you need to cook and serve large meals - it even has a double oven. It was also very nicely decorated for the holidays giving it a very homey feel. Communication with the property manager was great - we had an urgent request at one point and they were quick to respond even though it was a holiday. "

"Payton’s place is a beautiful home. The views are gorgeous. Loved swimming at the dock. We enjoyed our vacation overall. We wouldn’t rebook this property though and I’ll tell you why (Vacasa Rental) 1. Found a Depends diaper in the lower level by the couch upon check-in. 2. Kayak on the dock not mentioned, messaged Vacasa about use, not helpful, just stated not in agreement. Would have been fun to use, but should be more clearly listed if it’s sitting right there. 3. "We just returned from living overseas and needed a way to gather and reconnect with family with various needs (cancer, anxiety and depression). This house was a beautiful respite for all. Open and bright with lots of games, movies blankets, kayaks and tennis rackets, unopened balls. Every appliance I could have wished for was available in the kitchen. The owner was very quick to reply when we had a question. Definitely recommend this place!"
