"Had a great stay at the NH Collection Quito Royal. The front desk set us up with a driver to do some sightseeing at the last minute, and the driver was great. They conveniently held our bags after we checked out, and even offered us a late check out (one hour) for free. Room was spacious and clean, and water pressure was perfect. It was easy to get taxis/ubers as well. Would definitely stay there again!"

"It’s so beautiful! The trees are amazing. Birds everywhere and Llamas roam the grounds. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely friendly. Carlos is a great waiter and super friendly. They pick you up from the airport and will take you back. Luggage storage too! "

"The staff were attentive, polite and accommodating. When I had a problem with my credit card in Canada, they ensured I could call them without incurring any long distance charges when the collect call was not working. The restaurants were great to eat at and we really enjoyed a massage at the spa after many days of hiking. One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through Expedia often don't include complementary access. Again another example of the great service, when I realised the Internet was not free, they arranged to get me signed up as a member and then reversed out the changes. Many hotels I have stayed at need to spend some time here to understand what great customer service looks like. Needless to say, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the overall environment was great. They represented real value for money and I will be sure to stay here when we return again."
