"I was recommended the neighborhood of La Floresta and chose this hotel because of the price and I was so pleased. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. They had a filtered water dispenser right by my room as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. I had to stay a few more nights than expected and they very easily accommodated me. I stayed at both ends of my trip while in Quito and it felt like a home away from home. There...

"I emailed & called the hotel to confirm that the shuttle I ordered would arrive at the airport! Especially because I was getting in close to midnight....& I do not speak Spanish....& w/o a phone that works in Ecuador! It became obvious the hotel did not order me one. I was left to fend for myself in a foreign County not speaking the language.....& found out the hotel was not 1/2 hr. away as told by (Expedian?) but one hour away.
