Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). "We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful."

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. "We stayed 10 nights at this VRBO. The home was very clean and the accommodations were so comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Our host, Ludvig was extremely helpful and accessible. We had a few questions and he responded immediately. It was a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "Extremely friendly and helpful lady on the reception desk called Monia greeted me with a lovely smile on arrival and was very helpful also the next morning at breakfast. She was what made me give all the five stars!! The room was absolutely fine except the pillows which were not comfortable and could be better quality….."

All in All a Satisfactory Experience

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "

"Ideal & very convenient location. Reception very efficient & friendly. Rooms are spacious & clean. Unusual to get a kettle with tea & coffee in a French hotel. Nice that they've upgraded plug sockets with USB points. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely use as a stopover again. "
