"Nous avons séjourné 2 jours au Belvédère, le logement est bien spacieux et bien équipé. Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). Un autre petit plus pourrait être apporté en mettant à disposition un gel douche dans les salles de bain. Cependant bonne communication avec l’hôte . "

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night.
