"This is an idyllic spot in Talloires! Our group of 9 had a wonderful time exploring the area and coming home to enjoy the amazing views and swimming in the pool! "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"Suited our party of 13 adults on a cycling holiday very well. Comfortable and clean with a large garage, great for all the bikes. Good location just a few minutes walk from the lake. Kitchen and one of the bathrooms could do with an update but overall we were very pleased "

Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. "We had a fabulous stay in this excellent house. The setting was perfect - gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The only real problem was that it was so lovely and peaceful watching the lake each morning, that it was hard to motivate to get out and do the many activities available. Wim, our host, was warm and so helpful.
