"The size and layout of the property was as described and it was ideal for our family group. Our main concern was with the condition of the outside furniture which was past its usefulness and quite dangerous as some of the chairs collapsed when sat on. "Hosts were very welcoming and tended the pool every day. They were on hand if needed but unobtrusive so we had our privacy. There is so much to see and do in this location, Mondragon is a very well situated for all of the attractions "

"The house is well provided for with lots of equipment and facilities. The view across the valley towards Avignon is incomparable and it is always fun to spot the TGVs speeding past. "This is a great house and had more facilities than expected - including an outdoor football table! We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor bar and BBQ. The hosts were extremely helpful and fixed any issues out straight away. The description needs to be updated to show that linen and towels are not included. "We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
