"Really ideal place for even longer vacation in Provence and southern France. Town Uzes is one of the best places to live in this area. Small but really lively. Our vacation with 6 and 9 years old children was just perfect with back yard pool (120 cm deep) where learned to swim and dive in the heat of summer. "Le gîte est très beau, très conforme aux photos. Très proche d'Ales, mais déjà dans la campagne. Très grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin. La route qui borde le jardin est très peu passante donc on est vraiment au calme. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Grande piscine idéale par fortes chaleurs. "We can thoroughly recommend a holiday in this unique and beautifully restored early 18th century windmill with a stunning view over the Pont-du-Gard. It is only a short walk into the friendly and historic village with bars, post office and boulangerie. The owners were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky that no one was renting the larger property during most of our stay but be aware that it's very close to it and no physical division so wouldn't be very private when otbers are there.
