"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"

"Serge and his family were wonderful- welcoming and informative. The photos (of both the view and the villa), while beautiful, do not do the place justice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Menton is a lovely town, and a stay at this villa grants you (hilly) walking access to all Menton has to offer. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to stay in and enjoy the view. Thank you Serge, we'll be back! "

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

"Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again."

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

"We loved staying at the Case Cassini when visiting Bordighera! You have to have a car to stay here and the winding mountain roads are not for inexperienced drivers, but it's a lovely place to relax and the pool is very refreshing with stunning views. "Where to begin? The “villa” had only one correct description. Magnificent views (only seen if you are standing…). None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. "The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed.
