"Where to begin? The “villa” had only one correct description. Magnificent views (only seen if you are standing…). None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. Black mold on the ceiling in all bathrooms, wet linens due to humidity, unkept grounds, weak wifi, pigeon excrements in the outside “pizza oven” but the best is yet to come! "The house provided plenty of space for 6 people and made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was superb and all in all we had a wonderful time."

"We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was well set up for guests. The views and outside space are amazing. We ate every meal looking out to sea. We had 2 teenagers with us and the WiFi worked well which kept them happy. We found the pool a bit small for us and preferred to walk to the beach at San Lorenzo. We would return but not in August when parking is stressful wherever you go! Communication with Marjolein was very good."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wirklich super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir brauchten, war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine fantastische Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke und auch die Strandlinie war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. "Het verblijf was prima in orde. De keuken was voorzien van basis ingrediënten, leuk dat er spellen aanwezig waren, slaapkamers oke, pluspunt was de wasautomaat. Enige tip: airco zou een flinke pluspunt zijn. Vooral s’avonds om de slaapkamers even te koelen. "

"A nice villa with lovely pool, gardens and view. However some of the bed linen wasn’t clean, the bbq dirty as was the high chair. The manager hadn’t removed previous washed linen so we could not use the airier or ironing board. Certain things such as the awning, mosquito screens, kitchen knobs, chests of drawers and tiles that line the bbq were broken or poorly maintained. These are all in need of replacement. There was no microwave oven in either kitchen and an odd assortment of kitchen tools....
