"First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. Lower bedroom toilets were problematic and prone to flooding with water and waste matter coming back up into the shower outlet. "The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again."

"The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. "This must be one of the most beautiful places that we, as a family, have ever stayed, hence our return visit. The traditional farmhouse has been sensitively restored and modernised, aesthetically pleasing inside and out, and comfortable. A beautiful fusion of traditional South of France 'Mas' and bespoke contemporary design in the kitchen and outdoor dinning area. We loved all the amenities on offer, something for everyone, the pool, playing boule, dining in different areas around the villa....

"Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by."

"We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"
