"Helpful staff, convenient location, comfy beds and linens, free parking these were the good aspects of the hotel. Grateful to them for a free upgrade from our 2 queen bed to a spacious suite with kitchen. Really enjoyed that! But the wifi connection was very weak and spotty. The rooms are dated. Needs improvement and minor repairs in the rooms. Overall, our stay was pleasant despite the cons."

"I've stayed there every year for my daughter birthday. We absolutely love the hotel. It's beautiful. Great place to stay. The only thing is that the couch bed wasn't comfortable but its good for a night or two. The breakfast was good but wished there could be a bit more options. But other than that its a great hotel and definitely would go back. "

"Could not find any handicap parking. Parking lot full of snow covered cars that had been there for days. Had to walk with bags (I was unaccompanied) to front entrance. Front and side parking spaces full of snow covered cars which had been there for days. Why couldnt those cars be parked around the back? "
