"The snow/ice hotel looks like it was constructed in a hurry and not many ice carvings, compared to others in Scandinavia. There were many spots on the ceilings that looked like water had entered and different colors. Small details but not worthy of the price charged. The main hotel facilities are fantastic and the staff was great!"
