"The property location is excellent. Within a walking distance is a beautiful vineyard, a great place for photos. There were a lot of kangaroos running around. The property itself is old and in need of much more care. The cleanliness was not so good, bathroom sink’s stained and not cleaned properly. Bathroom has a shower over a bathtub and I don’t know why they only do the glass panel half way so when I took shower water went out a lot and wet the floor. "Toilet / bathroom ventilation, exhaust fan was very mild. This can be improved. Other things were ok. Balcony view was parking so need to ensure that it's sea view."
