"This hotel is the best value in the area and just a 12min drive to Niseko Hirafu ski area. We stayed in the hotel section (as opposed to the pods), in room 125 that sleeps 3. Our room was comfy, quiet and clean. Lots of socializing going on in the common area but you couldn't hear it from our room. Bathrooms and showers are shared, but were clean and never that busy. Spa wasn't anything fancy, but a really nice place to soak after a ski day and it is open round the clock, just closed for cleaning at 10am. The front desk workers spoke good English and were very welcoming. Breakfast is so good but quite expensive, especially given what a good value the hotel is otherwise. You are next door to a minimart and grocery store, so we just stocked up there and kept food in our fridge (not sure if the individual pods have fridges, but our 3person room did). Hotel has plenty of free parking, and a shuttle if you need to get around without a car. Large locker room for ski equipment is a really nice touch. PS If you book through hotels.com, it will tell you that you can change your booking without any penalty up until a certain date, this is not entirely true. Hotels.com will CANCEL your booking without penalty, then make a new booking with your change. If all units at the hotel are full, this is risky. Someone else could snag your canceled booking during this process. I paid for 2 days I didn't need bc I didn't want to risk losing it, as every hotel in the area was full."

"Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Niseko."

"Although the hotel was good, Hotels.com wrongfully shows that the rooms would accommodate 10 people. We were traveling with only five adults and a child so I assumed it would be fine. It was not. It was absolutely impossible to fit six of us. We got a second room for $696.39 a night! A total of $3,481.95 for the stay. We had no choice. Terrible result. "
