"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "Very clean, just two minutes walk to the train station of Ebisucho for Sakaijuki Line. There are two convenience stores and a lot the restaurants near by. Absolutely will stay again next time."
