"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days with our 3yo and 5yo daughters. The kitchen was small but functional. The girls' bath was full sized which was great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that they generally tried to clean our room in the afternoon which conflicts with the kids' nap schedule."

"This is a great place for a family. We liked the room. The 2 beds are excellent (1 person in each) but the mattresses you lay on the floor and sofa are not comfortable. The location is great. Very close to the train station which allows you to get anywhere. The street location is quiet with a grocery nearby. The downside for me was the wifi. It was terrible. I couldn't even have a zoom meeting without glitches. Forget about watching a movie. I complained but they were not able to fix it....

"Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience. "

"We had a great stay at this Mimaru location. The front desk was very helpful, they had fun events and games for the kids to do, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. We stayed in the ninja room and my family loved the decoration of the room. There are great Ramen Noodle restaurants across the street, very close to shopping, Ueno Park and the museums. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"If you like a quieter place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots then this is it! We booked “Suites” as we needed more space as a family of 5 and in suite laundry was important since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Location is great: only a couple of blocks from the nearest train station, grocery store within walking distance and a Family Mart on the same block. There are restaurants within walking distance too. Staff were all very friendly, and it was convenient to have rental...
