"We reached Male late at night, so it made financial sense and was also a safer option to stay in Male for the night and continued our journey to the island resort in the next Morning. We chose Jen, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is like 15mins drive from the airport. They offer airport transfer on both directions. Walking out of the arrival hall, we were greeted by the hotel driver/staff, which was seamless. We had the executive room, which was quite spacious. The toilet and showering were in separate rooms. The building and rooms were a bit dated, but very clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. We had no complaint at all. The morning breakfast buffet was at lvl1. It is not sumptuous, but has decent spread including bread, porridge, some warm and cold dishes. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym on the roof. After breakfast, the hotel sent us back to the jetty where we found and boarded the island resort speed boat. Overall, it's a pleasant stay and trouble free. IMO, this hotel is a good choice for Male layover. "

"Beautiful property from top to bottom. The beach was immaculate and the service was outstanding. I appreciated how attentive staff was without being bothersome. It was clean, quiet and serene. My husband and I snorkeled in the beach daily and the water was crystal clear. This was an experience of a lifetime for us, and I can’t wait to return. "

"The island is beautiful and very relaxing. Being able to walk out of our villa onto the beach and snorkel with the amazing sea life was the highlight of the trip for us. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with special mention to Helan, our housekeeper, and the wait staff in Bageecha Restaurant who were particularly attentive. Towards the end of our stay, we were thrilled to receive a complementary room upgrade to a stunning water villa. It was such a treat for our last night. Overall, it was an incredible trip that we will never forget."

"Great hotel. Very convenient to the airport ... float planes ... ferry ... domestic flights. Great staff. The airport pick up and drop off is a fantastic feature. Breakfast in the morning as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. "

"Our stay in Bandos couldn’t have been better. We stayed in a Superior Beach Villa, 1 minute walk from the beach. Room was very clean and serviced every morning whilst we were at breakfast. We went all inclusive and were very happy with what was included and what wasn’t. Food choices from the buffet were excellent and the restaurant staff were great. As we had a late return flight we booked a massage at the spa and spent a couple of hours before and after relaxing on the sun beds and shower before departure. Risma and Ploy gave us a great massage. We definitely will be back to Bandos - it’s just a matter of saving up!!!!"

A special mention to Shana, Yaya and especially to Shohel who kept our over water villa spotlessly clean and tidy and was always helpful and pleasant.
