"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"We had a great stay in the suite, there was good closet space, living room space, a king bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Hotel uses the middle eastern style bidet (no hose or toilet automation). WiFi was good when the hotel wasn’t busy. Nice pool area, no gym on property. For the suite, the TV only faces the bedroom leaving a mirror on the living room side. There are modern outlets at the beds for charging, but found the normal power plugs are still faster."

"We came in from two nights in the Sahara so we were thrilled with the comfortable bed, fantastic hot shower and Ahmed’s gracious hospitality. Not only did he recommend a restaurant, he also drove us there and back! He was most resourceful and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Hotel Le Fint had no record of my booking and they were full. Luckily they managed to re arrange rooms and fit me in. Why was this Expedia. A reoccurring problem of hotels not reciveing bookings from you."

"We stayed here for our final 2 nights in Ouarzazate. We booked the suite which easily accommodated us as a family of 2 adults and 2 children and was beautifully decorated and had an incredible view from the large terrace accessible from our room. Ali the host was friendly and accommodating of our family. On the first night we were exhausted from a long 3 day excursion and we asked if Ali could provide us with dinner and whether we could eat this on the terrace. This was no trouble at all for...

"Hassan from the front desk picked us up at the restaurant after we ate dinner. All the staffs are nice and kind. The breakfast was very good. They made us early since we had to leave early. "
